Its better to make loss in your business than not doing a business at all. Its a good sign that you found your losses and it's reasons finally. I am not here to say losses are learning and to climb every step you have to loose all you had made. Its better now you had discovered and stopped the methods of your business that made you loose.
1) You can not shut down your business and start a new new one right away which may lead you to worst situation. 2) You can not fire the employees right away who ever responsible for your losses. 3) You can not tolerate and still run your business in to more losses. 4) You can not turn your business in a profitable way from the next day itself.
5) you can not cut your staff or their salaries for adjusting the losses.
6) you can not ask more time from your banker and plan to manage your losses.
7) you can not renegotiate with your customers for quoting towards getting a better price.
8) you can not associate all your competitors to compete in a fair manner.
9) you can not tell anything to your investment partners.
10) you can not leave your business to fall down leaving you nothing but debt .
BUT YOU CAN BET AGAINST YOUR POTENTIAL.
All these day you relayed on your potential, now it's time to grow that you have to make way for you successors.
